Dear Muffin Girl, I love your recipies. I have a question. Have you ever heard of "Yum Sauce"??? I received an email from a friend who said that a friend of hers got some in Portland. My friend wanted to know if I had tasted it and what did I think??? Do you know what this mysterious "Yum Sauce" is from Portland??? Asking in Tucson, Arizona.
Thanks for your question. Yes, I do in fact know what "Yumm Sauce" is! It is a special sauce that is used on rice bowls at a Oregon restaurant chain called Cafe Yumm (cafeyumm.com). Yumm sauce is a secret recipe sauce they put on most of their rice & bean bowls. They actually sell their sauce at many specialty Oregon grocery stores. Hope that helped!
